Cancellation Policy: A credit/debit is required when booking from the app, online, or over the phone. The card is only to secure the reservation. We will not charge anything to your card until the time of your appointment. We do ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service(s).
Due to the current pandemic, we will still need to apply the cancellation fee if you fail to reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment (a fee will apply even if you cancel due to illness.)
